Using Somatic Experiencing, we gently explore what arose in your journey—helping your body and nervous system integrate the healing so it becomes fully embodied and wired into your system for continued growth, development, and expansion.

Healing from Narcissistic Abuse
Healing from narcissistic abuse is a journey of coming back to yourself — to the truth, safety, and love that have always lived within you. Narcissistic abuse can leave deep imprints on the nervous system, creating patterns of self-doubt, anxiety, and disconnection. Through somatic and energetic healing, you can begin to unwind these patterns, rebuild trust in your body, and restore your sense of peace and empowerment.
This process is not about fixing yourself — it’s about remembering who you are beneath the conditioning of fear and control. As you reconnect to your body’s wisdom and your heart’s truth, you begin to experience life from a place of self-love, inner freedom, and authentic power.
Birth & Developmental Trauma
Early experiences — including those from birth, infancy, and childhood — can leave lasting imprints on the nervous system, even if we don’t have conscious memories of them. Developmental and birth trauma may show up as anxiety, chronic tension, relational struggles, or a deep sense that something is “off,” even when life looks fine on the outside.
In somatic therapy, we approach these early imprints with care and respect for the body's innate intelligence. Through slow, attuned work, we begin to repair the ruptures that may have occurred in the earliest stages of life — gently building safety, regulation, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the world around you.

These practices are grounded in neuroscience — specifically in our understanding of the autonomic nervous system, neuroplasticity, and how embodied awareness can rewire patterns shaped by trauma.
