Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety can make it hard to live in the fullness of who we are. It keeps us stuck in survival patterns that were once protective but now prevent us from feeling calm, connected, and free.
Anxiety often shows up in the body — not just in the mind. You may notice it as:
Tension in your chest, shoulders, or jaw
A racing or looping mind
Shallow breathing or tightness in the belly
Difficulty resting or relaxing
Overthinking or replaying conversations
People-pleasing or overextending yourself
A sense of disconnection from your body or voice
Difficulty concentrating or communicating clearly
Through my somatic therapeutic approaches, we gently unravel the anxiety stored in the body and nervous system. Rather than simply talking about anxiety, we bring awareness to how it’s living within you — creating space for it to release.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to soothe the sensations of anxiety, such as chest tightness, restlessness, low capacity for stress, or difficulty expressing yourself. My gentle, body-based approach gets to the root of the issue — helping your system reorganize toward safety and regulation.
As your body learns to feel safe again, your mind begins to quiet. You feel lighter, freer, and more connected to yourself and the present moment. Healing anxiety at this deep, unconscious level opens the doorway to peace, authenticity, and new possibilities.
When we heal anxiety, we begin to live from love instead of fear — and that shift changes everything.
