Home for the Holidays is a 3-day nervous system–based journey designed to help you move through the holiday season with more ease, stability, and genuine joy. Over these three days, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system in real time, soften emotional overwhelm, strengthen your inner resilience, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel grounded, present, and whole.

Through somatic practices, yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, and trauma-informed tools, you’ll experience what it feels like to come home to yourself—no matter what dynamics, environments, or expectations surround you. By the end of this course, you will feel more centered in your body, clearer in your boundaries, more confident in your capacity to navigate stress, and more open to joy, connection, and fulfillment throughout the holiday season.
