Somatic therapy is a body-based approach to trauma healing that helps individuals release stored stress, overwhelm, and survival patterns. Through modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, therapeutic touch, and Reiki energy healing, clients learn how to regulate their nervous system, rebuild internal safety, and reconnect with the wisdom of their body.

Somatic Experiencing (SE) for PTSD, Anxiety, and Chronic Stress

Somatic Experiencing is a leading nervous-system-based method for resolving the effects of trauma without reactivating overwhelm. SE gently guides the body out of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn by helping incomplete survival responses unwind.

Through this process, clients release stored protective energy, decrease hypervigilance, and develop a deeper sense of internal stability and safety. SE is highly effective for individuals with shock trauma, medical trauma, anxiety, panic, and long-term stress patterns.

Somatic Touch Therapy for Attachment Trauma and Emotional Safety

Somatic Touch Therapy supports clients in healing early relational wounds through safe, attuned, therapeutic touch. This work helps regulate the nervous system, repair attachment injuries, reduce chronic tension, and restore a felt sense of connection and belonging.

Clients who have experienced emotional neglect, misattunement, or inconsistent caregiving often find this modality deeply healing.

Reiki and Energy Healing for Emotional Balance and Stress Relief

Reiki is a powerful energy-healing method that helps regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, calm emotional intensity, and restore energetic balance. This work supports emotional release, trauma integration, and a deeper sense of inner peace.

Somatic Yoga Therapy is my signature method for nervous system healing. It blends traditional yoga, meditation, breathwork, Kundalini kriya, tantric practices, and trauma-informed alignment with therapeutic somatic tools like Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and embodiment work.

This method supports physical, emotional, and energetic healing by helping clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and cultivate inner safety and resilience.
